Canadian Smokers’ Helplines offer a free, confidential telephone service for smokers who want to quit, are thinking about quitting, have stopped smoking and need support, and for those who don't want to quit.

Trained quit specialists can help develop a personalized quit plan for you, answer your questions about quitting and refer you to programs and services in your community. They can also assist family and friends who would like to help a smoker quit.
